Delivery and Shipping

We offer free standard shipping fee worldwide. If you choose Express Delivery, we will send delivery tracking code via email with the e-invoice after order has been shipped out. We ask for your patience for your order delivery and please expect a maximum of 14-working days of delivery time.

Exchange

We are sorry that we are not able to offer exchange.If your product is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately, we will try to send an replacement as soon as we can.

Refund & Return

If you wish to claim a refund, please send us back the unused product in its intact packaging. We accept product return in sellable condition. Our team will arrange the refund to your credit card or by store credit once the QC check is done. Please expect the 5-7 working days for the refund to be reflected in you bank account and actual lead time varies by different banks. Email will be sent to reconfirm your refund application and status. We are sorry that we cannot cover shipping fees for international returns/exchanges.
